Welcome to Learn English with Teacher Quratulain. To provide every student with a professional, organized, and effective learning experience, we kindly ask all parents and students to read the following rules carefully before completing admission.
Choose Your Class Package
We offer two convenient class schedules. You may select the package that best suits your availability.
Monday • Tuesday • Wednesday
Early-week cohort ideal for disciplined structure and continuous weekly immersion.
Thursday • Friday • Saturday
Late-week cohort suited for learners balancing busy weekly school commitments.
Your final class timing will be confirmed after admission is finalized.
English Learning Requires Time & Consistency
Please remember that English is a language, and learning a language takes time. It cannot be mastered in just one or two months.
Developing strong speaking, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and communication skills requires regular practice, patience, and consistency.
For noticeable and lasting improvement, we strongly recommend continuing classes consistently for at least 6 months to 1 year.
Every student learns at a different pace. Results depend greatly on regular attendance, participation, practice, and consistency.
The longer you stay consistent, the stronger your English becomes through cumulative speaking reflex and confidence.
Teacher Absence & Make-Up Classes
If the teacher is unable to conduct a scheduled class for any reason, the class will be compensated.
A class missed by the teacher will not be deducted from the student's 12 classes.
Student Absence & Cancellation Policy
If your child cannot attend a scheduled class, please inform us at least 1 hour before the class begins.
When proper prior notice is given, the class will not be counted.
1 Hour Before Class → Prior Notice → Class Not Counted
Your remaining class count remains completely intact, and the session can be smoothly rescheduled without penalty.
No Prior Notice → Teacher Waits 30 Minutes → Class Counted
If the student does not join within 30 minutes of the link being sent, the session is officially counted with no replacement.
Punctuality
Students are expected to join their classes on time.
If a student joins late, the class will still finish at the originally scheduled time. Extra time cannot normally be added because of late arrival.
Regular attendance and punctuality are important for maintaining consistent progress.
Internet & Device Responsibility
As our classes are conducted online, parents/students are responsible for ensuring that they have:
1. Stable Internet
A reliable, high-speed connection for seamless live video and audio interaction.
2. Suitable Device
Laptop, tablet, or desktop computer equipped with functional audio and camera.
3. Quiet Space
A quiet learning environment free of background domestic distractions.
4. Meeting Access
Access to the required class application or meeting link ahead of lesson start.
Notice: Classes affected by internet, electricity, device, or other technical problems on the student's side may not be eligible for compensation.
Parent & Student Cooperation
Successful learning requires cooperation between the student, parents, teacher, and academy.
Especially for younger students, we request parents to ensure that their child attends regularly, joins on time, completes assigned work, and practices what has been taught.

Every Student Progresses Differently
Every student has a different starting level, learning ability, age, confidence, and pace of progress.
For this reason, the academy cannot guarantee that every student will achieve the same results within the same period.
Our teachers will provide professional guidance and support according to each student’s individual learning needs.
Official Communication & No Private Contact Policy
To maintain professionalism, transparency, privacy, and proper supervision, all communication related to the academy must take place through official academy channels.
Parents and students are not permitted to communicate privately with teachers. Teachers are also not permitted to communicate privately with parents or students.
After admission, an official WhatsApp group will be created that includes the parent/student, teacher, and academy supervisor. Class-related communication should remain within this group.
If you have a private concern, complaint, feedback, request, or any matter that you do not wish to discuss in the group, please contact the academy management directly:

Respectful & Professional Environment
Your subscription is based on the completion of 12 classes.
If you have any concern regarding your child’s teacher, classes, schedule, progress, or any other academy-related matter, please communicate with us professionally so that our management team can assist you appropriately.
Subscription Renewal
Your subscription is based on the completion of 12 classes.
Once your 12 classes have been completed, you will need to renew your subscription to continue classes without interruption.
Flexible Date Arrangements Available
If you need additional time to make the payment, please inform us in advance. For example, if you would like us to wait until the 27th, 1st, or 10th, simply let our team know.
Good communication helps us keep your child’s class and timing properly arranged.
